ASSE’s Scholarships are awarded to students who have proven academic excellence, and on the basis of financial need.

Honoring ASSE’s founder, the Walter Danielson Scholarship is a 100% needs based scholarship awarded each year to qualifying American high school students interested in studying abroad for one academic year.

Several 90% needs based scholarships awarded each year to academically achieving, motivated students interested in becoming a global citizen and embarking on their year long Global Adventure.

Scholarships to Germany awarded each year for students interested in immersing themselves in Germany’s culture, politics, and daily life. This is a merit based scholarship, not based on financial need.
