Dana is a vibrant girl whose family and friends describe her as responsible, friendly, and open-minded. As the eldest of two children, she has always embraced her role with maturity and enthusiasm. Dana finds joy in dancing, reading, and exploring the intricate behaviors of dolphins, with a particular fondness for the works of Albert Camus. With aspirations to dedicate her life to psychology, she is currently engrossed in psychology courses and actively participates in volunteering activities, with an ambition to become a UNICEF volunteer. Her childhood dream, inspired by American high school movies, is to join a high school cheerleading team and perform at football or basketball games. Dana's eagerness to learn new things, combined with her sociable and conflict-free nature, promises an unforgettable journey to the USA. She assures that selecting her as a new host daughter will be a decision without regret, as she is committed to making the experience beneficial for everyone involved.

Timothe lives with his parents and older brother and he enjoys spending time with his grandparents. He has a cat and used to have a dog, and he likes pets. He loves to travel and to discover new things, as well as hiking and climbing. He is often described as kind and caring, open-minded and a little shy. Timothe also enjoys reading manga, eating good food, and cooking. In school, he is passionate about science and would like to be an engineer, either in aeronautics or in mechanics. He loves playing sports with his friends, they regularly practice climbing, playing badminton, skiing in winter, surfing in summer, and biking everyday. He has been a boyscout since 5 years old. Timothe especially enjoys camping, hiking, and making fires.

Anna is an energetic and lively exchange student, always eager to meet new people and make lasting connections. With a younger sister back home, Anna understands the value of family and enjoys the sense of togetherness that comes from bonding with others. Sociable and approachable, Anna has a natural ability to strike up conversations. My name is Parichehra, and I'm a 17-year-old 11th grader from a loving family of six. I cherish time with my family, filled with picnics, swimming, and laughter. I have many hobbies and love exploring new activities. I enjoy trying new things and discovering different ways to express myself. Looking to the future, I hope to become a business owner. I have a strong interest in fashion and food, and my dream is to open a boutique or restaurant. I want to create a space that reflects my creativity and passion, where people can enjoy unique products and experiences. Dovydas comes to us from Lithuania where he lives with his parents and older brother, and he is a winner of the FLEX Scholarship program. Dovydas has a love for the Arts. He loves to dance and has won many championships. Plus, he is part of the school theater club where he performs. He has a love for volunteering and has done this with the animal shelter and also the youth politics. Dovydas has volunteered at the war refugee center. He was elected as the president of his school student council this past year and he helps out at the summer camp with kids. In the future, he would like to be in law enforcement, specifically criminal law. His dream is to be a detective and solve crimes. Not only is this dream of coming to the USA to learn about himself, but also to meet new people and a new culture. It has also been a dream of his since he was very little. Dovydas is hoping to become a part of your family and will be very responsible and helpful.

My name is Klára, I’m 17 years old and I am an only child, so friendships and close connections mean a lot to me. I’m currently studying business in high school, where I’ve learned to communicate well and manage responsibilities. I’ve always dreamed of truly experiencing life in the U.S., becoming part of a family, improving my English, and exploring a new culture. I’m passionate about cheerleading, which I’ve done for nearly nine years, and recently had the honor of competing in the Cheerleading World Championship. In my free time, I enjoy being with friends, listening to music, walking, and traveling to discover new places.I’m an open-minded and easygoing person who loves trying local food, discovering new cultures, and seeing the world from different perspectives. I enjoy connecting with others, sharing experiences, and being part of everyday life. I’m excited to join a new family, help at home, and celebrate traditions together. Ornella has dreamed of coming to America for 8 years now, and when this opportunity to study abroad arose, she knew that it was meant for her and to make her dream come true. Ornella loves to hang out with her friends, organize girls nights, and raclette nights, which is a dish made with cheese and cold cuts. She is excited to share her French culture with her new host family by making them a French dish or cake. She enjoys to travel and experience new places and cultures. When Ornella gets older, she wants to become a flight attendant in order to mix her passion for traveling with a career. Her favorite thing to enjoy is the natural beauty of a sunrise and sunset, she sometimes will even wake up at 5am to see the sunrise. Zahro describes herself as a friendly and social person, though a bit shy. She lives in a small city in Uzbekistan with her supportive family, which includes her parents, two older brothers, and a younger sister. She cherishes her family, especially the way they help and support one another. At home, Zahro handles chores like washing dishes, cleaning, cooking, and caring for her sister and pets. She has several passions, including swimming, photography, dancing, reading, boxing, and journaling. She values her friendships, especially with classmates and teammates from a volunteer club, and enjoys being positive and humorous. Zahro also expresses a deep interest in becoming an ambassador and believes being an exchange student will help her grow and develop important social skills. Her father works abroad as a driver, while her mother is a deputy director at the school where both she and her sister study.
